By making referrals, whether for recruitment engagements or recommending candidates to fill positions, you can earn credits for your account. Each successful referral typically adds thousands of dollars to your account, helping you build a retirement fund over your career without the need for direct investment.

Given that your career spans many years and involves interactions with various associates and businesses, you have the opportunity to generate substantial amounts of money. By making referrals and allowing credits to compound, you have the potential to accumulate hundreds of thousands or more.

You can make referrals for any of our services, including the following:

Engagements for recruiting or staffing services
Candidates to fill engagements
Referring others to this program

Each successfully filled engagement or placed candidate that you refer typically credits your account with thousands of dollars, depending on the specifics of the engagement.

After 5 years of receiving a credit, you may withdraw the full credited amount. Alternatively, leaving the credit with us allows it to continue compounding over time, increasing your returns. If needed, you can withdraw funds before the 5-year mark, though this will impact the account due to early withdrawal.

What qualifies as a referral?

In short, a referral is any direct action taken by you to connect us with a client that leads to closed business. This would commonly mean establishing open communications between Virthym and the client, which leads to an engagement and subsequent filling of that engagement. Some examples of ways to do this are:

Arranging a meeting between Virthym and the business being referred;
Causing the business being referred to reach out the Virthym by phone or email;
A warm email introduction with the client and Virthym where the client is responsive;

In almost all cases, it should be clear what qualifies as a referral, when required we work with the client to confirm.
